EXHIBITOR/VENDOR – 2026 SURFACE AND MATERIALS CHEMISTRY SYMPOSIUM
The Symposium is arranged by the Division for Surface and Materials Chemistry of the Swedish Chemical Society (Svenska Kemisamfundet). The 2024 conference attracted 100 participants in Lund. In 2026 the conference will take place in Umeå in November 4-6. We will market the conference also in the Nordic countries and make efforts to attract participants
from the industry. The participants will cover the whole range of surface and materials chemistry. We look forward to meet you in Umeå! Please save the date!

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR FEES
On-site (20 000 SEK): 4 m2 floor space and table with access to electricity and poster stand and your logo in the list of sponsors. Participation for one person in the scientific program and meals for one person (3 lunches, 2 dinners, 4 coffee breaks). Accomodation is not included
but more details will be provided at this link when the registration opens.
Off-site (5 000 SEK): If you cannot attend in Umeå but want to be visible to the audience and have your logo in the list of sponsors.
Extra person in your booth (3,900 SEK) including participation in the scientific program, lunches, coffees, and conference dinners
Advertisement in the conference program: Whole page 15 000 SEK, half page 8 000 SEK.
Other options: We are open for special arrangements e.g. sponsoring of travel and accommodation costs for a specific speaker or refreshments during the poster session.
